They said about fantastic painting…
"Serbia has one of the smallest but artistically strongest scenes of fantasy art in the world, as the world's leading experts in this type of painting think."
"Besides naive art, fantasy art is the only thing that makes Serbia special and unique in Europe and the world, regarding painting. The Mediala group started it, and it is our job to continue it with young authors of fantasy painting. ”
"The artist (Ljuba Popović) had the idea of founding the Museum of Fantasy Art in Valjevo (...) The Museum of Fantasy Art would exhibit about a hundred capital works of painters ... then parts of the holdings of the Museum of Contemporary Art and the National Museum in Belgrade, and the collection would be enriched with new acquisitions. We believe that classical art is not a passing wave in the history of human culture development, but a God-given talent with which the artist is born and for which the wide public has an innate need. That is why, like the Phoenix, classical painting is renewed in every historical epoch.
